Take on a Challenge for Newport Mind
Physical activity is proven to help improve low mood and other mental health problems.
So why not take up an active challenge and fundraise for Newport Mind at the same time?
An active challenge, such as running, walking, hiking or cycling, is a great way to keep active, raise money and improve awareness in your local community. It can be hard work, but it can also be great fun! Plus, we'll give you all the support you need, and help you to promote your event or challenge.
If you're planning a challenge, or you'd like to talk through an idea with us, get in touch by emailing David.Hopkins@newportmind.org.
Not sure where to start? Sign up to receive our newsletter and we'll send you monthly ideas and updates about our work.
